Hotel Saint Sophia Istanbul

We had a fantastic stay here in this hotel. The location could not have been better, as we were within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. It was so convenient to be in the heart of the city and surrounded by the historical landmarks. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were always kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs. We especially want to thank Lokman for his outstanding assistance. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. We loved the abundance of natural light and the sleek interior. The bed was comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The double glazed windows effectively blocked out any noise from outside, including the call to prayer. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which included made-to-order eggs and a harp player to create a lovely atmosphere.

In terms of cons, there is really nothing negative to say about this place. We highly recommend it to everyone.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. We were able to walk to all the major attractions and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was always helpful and were great too meet our needs. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and excellent service.

The hotel is located in a historical area, right next to famous tourist attractions like Hagia Sophia and there is a tram station nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view overlooking the patio. The bathroom amenities were limited but sufficient, and the water pressure was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient, going above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the waiters were very kind. The hotel also offered complimentary mini-bar drinks and afternoon tea.

The hair dryer provided in the room was not of good quality.

Some guests had difficulty finding the hotel due to road closures in the evening, but the staff were quick to assist and provide alternative directions.

I had an amazing stay here. The hotel was clean, and the facilities were great. The location, situated on a slope with cobblestone steps, was within walking distance of all the main monuments. Plus, it was very close to the tram station, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

The bathrooms in the rooms could have done with more privacy. The lack of a proper wall between the bathroom and the room was a bit inconvenient.

The location is perfect, within walking distance from all major monuments and attractions in the center of the city, in a very convenience area, and in Sultanahmet neighborhood. The staff provides first-class service, always willing to help and quickly try to fix any problems. The room amenities are amazing, such as the mini-bar and the in-room safe.
